DIPLOMATIC AND SERVICE VISA

Diplomatic and Service Visa is valid if presented within 3 [three] months after the date of issuance.Diplomatic visa is given to foreign nationals bearing a diplomatic or Laissez Passer (UN) passport, for the purpose of conducting diplomatic assignments, or attending meetings.Service Visa is given to foreign nationals bearing an official/service passport, on assignment for non-diplomatic purposes.For leisurely visit, a tourist visa will be issued.

TRANSIT VISA

The visa is given to persons of foreign origin who wish to make a short stop over in Indonesian territory and are on an onward journey to another country, to their country of origin, to join or work on a transport vehicle that will continue its journey outside Indonesian territory. Maximum length of stay is 14 (fourteen) days.

VISIT VISA

A single entry visit visa is given to persons of foreign origin for the purpose of: inter-governmental cooperation, tourism, social or family visit, cooperation between educational institutions, attending short training course, journalistic purpose, making non-commercial film, business meeting, attending seminar or giving lecture, attending international exhibition, meeting with company's headquarters. Maximum length of stay is 60 (sixty) days.

Reference letter of sponsor from the sending company and a letter of invitation from the counterpart in Indonesia mentioning the purpose of visit. For family visit, a letter of invitation from the family in Indonesia must be submitted. For those who have Indonesian parent/spouse, must submit a copy of their valid Indonesian passport.

MULTIPLE ENTRY VISA

A Multiple entry visa is valid for several entries into Indonesia is given to persons of foreign origin for the purpose of: inter-governmental cooperation, tourism, social or family visit, cooperation between educational institutions, attending short training course, journalistic purpose, making non-commercial film, business meeting, attending seminar or giving lecture, attending international exhibition, meeting with company's headquatters. Maximum duration of the visa is 1 (one) year with maximum length of every visit is not more than 60 (sixty) days.

Letter of sponsor from the sending company and a letter of invitation from Indonesia must be attached.

LIMITED STAY VISA

A Limited stay visa is given to persons of foreign origin for the purpose of: working purposes, making commercial film, enrolling at education institution, attending training course, foreign investment, family reunion, etc. Length of stay between 6 (six) months and maximum 2 (two) years.

VISA ON ARRIVAL (VOA)

Visa on arrival could be obtained at the designated Airport/Seaport and Land Border on entry into Indonesia. It is valid for a maximum stay of 30 (thirty) days, and is given to citizens from countries that can apply VOA for visit to Indonesia.

You will need to present at the port of entry the following requirements:

1.Original valid passport for more than 6 (six) months from the date of arrival in Indonesia.
2. An exit airline ticket or on-going ticket.
3. A fee of US$10.00 for a stay of 3 (three) days and US$25.00 for 30 (thirty) days.

1. A valid passport of at least 6 months beyond their intended length of stay;

2. Visa application form with 1 (one) recent passport size photograph;

3. Invitation letter/confirmation from receiving company/inviting organization in Indonesia;

4. Confirmation letter from handling shipping company/agency in Indonesia and crew list from Ukrainian shipping agency (for transit visa/for seamen);

5. Return tickets;

6. Please allow at least 4 (four) working days to process the visa request.
